1. No Refund Policy:
    Fees once paid are non-refundable under any circumstances. Students are advised to read the course details and clarify doubts before enrolling.

  2. Course Cancellation by the Institute:
    If the institute cancels a course, students will have the option to transfer to another course or request a refund. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 days.

  3. Student Withdrawal:
    If a student withdraws from a course voluntarily, no refund will be provided. Fees cannot be transferred to another student or adjusted for future enrollments.

  4. Partial Payment:
    If a student has made a partial payment and fails to pay the remaining amount, the initial payment will be forfeited. The student will not be allowed to continue the course.

  5. Exceptional Cases:
    In cases of medical emergencies or unavoidable situations, refund requests may be considered at the sole discretion of the management. Proper documentation will be required for review.

  6. Refund Processing:
    Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 30 to 45 business days. The institute is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.

  7. Non-Completion of Course:
    If a student fails to complete a course due to personal reasons, no refund will be granted.

  8. Course Transfer:
    Course transfers are allowed only at the discretion of the institute and may involve additional fees.
